We ARE an online business, therefor, sometimes the BEST form of communication is by email as our staff is constantly at their computers. Because UPS/FedEx do not operate on weekends we allow our staff to have weekends off to get some time in the water. Therefor, on the weekends please leave us a message, shoot us an email or leave us a message on our live chat and we will quickly resolve any issues the following Monday morning.
How do I setup my account?
After finding the product(s) you would like to purchase, click on it and then click "Add To Cart", then "Checkout Now" you will then come to a screen, where if you are a new customer, you will begin the registration process. Or you can always hit "Login" at the top of our site and you will see the link for "(NEW MEMBERS SIGH UP HERE)".
What can I do if I forgot my password?
Not a problem, at the bottom of our website, in the center, you will see a "+" on a grey bar, if you click that our footer will expand and you will see "Support" and all of it's subcategories to the right. Click "My Account" and you will be taken to a "MEMBERS LOGIN" page where you'll see "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD" instructions. Or again, you can always hit "Login" at the top of the site and you will see the same page.
How do I change information in my existing account?
Easy, at the bottom of our website, in the center, you will see a "+" on a grey bar, if you click that our footer will expand and you will see "Support" and all of it's subcategories to the right. Click "My Account" and you will be taken to a "MEMBERS LOGIN" page, simply login to your account and hit "My Account" once more and you'll see all of your information, which will be editable. Or again, you can always hit "Login" at the top of the site and you will see the same page(s).
What are my different payment options?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please be sure the information given during the ordering process (address, phone number, etc.) is the same as what your credit card company has on file for you, not doing so could result in a failed transaction. All credit card information provided is encrypted and kept secure.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
We are required by F.L. state law to collect sales tax from all orders with billing addresses within the State Florida all other orders will not be charge sales tax.
