Shipping Information

We do NOT want shipping prices to affect whether or not you shop with us here at The Surfboard Warehouse, that's why we've done our best to make a great FREE Ground Shipping policy. When you order doesn't qualify for this policy we ship bigger items on OUR UPS account and pass on the discounts; to save you money! Smaller items may go USPS Priority mail (2 to 3 day). These are the two least expensive ways for us to ship your gear, again when your order doesn't qualify for our FREE Ground Shipping. You may also see when you get your surf gear that it actually cost us more to ship you your stuff than you paid for shipping. This is because we believe that every surfer everywhere should have access to the EXACT gear they need and we're not going to let high shipping costs keep you from getting it! We are willing to take a hit when we can, to help you out! If you find that there is a miscalculation on your shipping cost and our site overcharged you, we will gladly fix the situation! We have so many items and different ship locations that it becomes very hard for our software to get the shipping cost exactly right every time. Warehouse Location:

We have multiple shipping locations in Florida and in California, with our main facility located in Florida. If you have any questions as whether or not you have to expedite shipping, please call us 813.436.0484. We will happily do our best to hit any deadlines and find the least expensive way to do so. If you chose to expedite shipping and we find you do not need to, we will be in touch to offer other more cost effective solutions.

Ground Shipment Time Frame:

We strive to see all our customers receive their gear within 5 business days after their order has been placed. However, because of the amount of gear we stock and the amount of orders we receive this is not always possible, thus we will say that you will see a ground shipment between 1 and 10 business days after you place your order. Remember that we are surfers too and like you we live for this stuff! If the surf gets epic we may close up shop and surf for a day, hey we're just keeping it real.

Express Shipping:

We offer great deals for express shipping; 3rd day, 2nd day, and Overnight, in the Continental US. All orders after 2pm Eastern will be processed the next business day. Keep this in mind as you are placing your order, especially if you have a trip coming up. Add the date you need your order by in the note section so we can make sure you've got the right option selected. If you have any questions about shipping time frames feel free to call and we can help you make a decision as to what the best shipping option is for you.

Saturday & Sunday:

We wish we could ship on Saturday or Sunday HOWEVER, UPS IS NOT OPEN on Sat. or Sun. and no mail actually "moves" at the Post Office, so we can't ship items on those days. THIS MEANS that weekends DO NOT COUNT as "shipping days". Thus our previous 1 - 10 BUSINESS DAY Ground shipping policy. Orders placed on Sat. or Sun. will ship appropriately the following work week.

Tracking and Order Information:

You can find any updates on your order within your account. At the bottom of our website, in the center, you will seea "+" on a grey bar, if you click that our footer will expand and you will see "Support" and all of it's subcategories to the right. Click "MyAccount" and you will be taken to a "MEMBERS LOGIN" page. Or again, you can always hit "Login" at the top of the site and you will see the same page. Upon logging in you'll see a "View Your Order/Billing History", everything including your order ship status, how your gear shipped and your tracking number can be found there, please use this resource. We WILL update your orders status as soon as it's status changes. Or if you would like, you're welcome to use our live chat, call or email us 813.436.0484. Receipt Information:

You can also find your receipt within your account. Click "My Account" and you will be taken to a "MEMBERS LOGIN" page. Or again, you can always hit "Login" at the top of the site and you will see the same page. Upon logging in you'll see a "View Your Order/Billing History", once clicked you'll see and your past orders. If you like, you can also print your receipt from this page.

If You Have a Trip Coming up:

Remember we all surf! We understand you need a board bag or a certain set of fins for a surf trip because we have been there! BUT we CAN NOT read minds! If you have a trip coming up please let us know VIA "Order Notes" during the check out process the LAST possible date you can receive your gear* so we know what we have to do. First and foremost we want to get you your gear on time so you can enjoy your trip!

We are NOT responsible for missing a surf trip deadline if we are unaware of the date you leave.

FREE Shipping Promotions:

If and when we do our INSANE FREE SHIPPING promotion(s), "FREE SHIPPING" always refers to GROUND shipping within the Continental US and excludes Surfboards and Special Order Items including single fins and items listed on our Sale/Clearance Pages, this restriction applies to our current FREE SHIPPING over $79.99 promotion.

International Shipments:

If you are making an international order you will see two shipping options, Insured and Uninsured. Uninsured will save you money, but it will take longer. IF you choose uninsured and the shipment is lost there is NO recourse to recover the lost shipment, or the money spent on those items. By choosing uninsured you are agree to these terms. Items DO OCCASIONALLY get lost on international shipments, thus why we added the Insured shipping option for international orders. The insured shipping option will save you time and give you piece of mind that if you're items are lost we will be able to file a claim and resend your order, however it will cost more. Insured international shipments will take APPROXIMATELY 7 to 10 business days, however this IS NOT guaranteed because ALL international shipments have to go through customs. Uninsured international shipments will take 14 business days plus and again there is NO guaranteed timeline because ALL international shipments have to go through customs. Please CONTACT US if you would like to get a quote for UPS express international, which is the FASTEST, but by far the MOST EXPENSIVE way to ship internationally.

Surfboard Shipping:

We charge a flat $100.00 for most Surfboard Shipments, in some cases shipping will be more which we will make you aware of. Incorrect Shipping Address:

The Surfboard Warehouse, Inc. will make EVERY attempt to verify the correct delivery address. In the event that The Surfboard Warehouse, Inc. IS GIVEN an incorrect delivery address and the package is CONFIRMED delivered to that address by either USPS or UPS as the case may be, The Surfboard Warehouse, Inc. IS NOT responsible for the product, product cost or the shipping cost. In the Event that an order is returned to The Surfboard Warehouse, Inc. due to an invalid delivery address, (VIA UPS or USPS) The Surfboard Warehouse, Inc. IS NOT responsible for the original shipping cost NOR the COST to REDELIVER said package.

Shipping to a PO Box:

UPS is UNABLE TO delivery to a PO Box, furthermore because of size limitations, some packages MAY or MAY NOT be delivered to a PO Box, per USPS delivery requirements. In the case that USPS is UNABLE to deliver to a PO Box we may require an additional address to complete the shipping process. In SOME cases this may require an additional shipping charge, of which you will be notified BEFORE the product ships.
